PDG has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort for this conference. The group rate is $109/night and the deadline to reserve at this rate is 03/21/2025.

On the link the rate will be higher as it is inclusive of the resort’s standard rate. The contracted discounted resort fee of $14.00 will be applied by the front office team at check-in. This fee covers One Free Appetizer voucher per room, per stay valued at $12.00. This can be redeemed at 27 Palms or the Zest Restaurant  during Dinner. Appetizers include a choice of Tempura Shrimp, Hummus or Margarita Flatbread. Assorted flavors of Infused water in the lobby from 8am-11am, daily. Nightly movies with popcorn in the Mandarin meeting room from 5:30PM-8:00PM. Scheduled Disney shuttle transportation for individuals only, not group moves. Daily pool activities. Guest room Wi-Fi access.

Group rates will be honored 2 days prior and 2 days after the conference dates based on availability. A first nights deposit is required upon making a reservation. The deposit will be totally refundable up to 7 Days prior to the stay if the guest did need to cancel. A resort fee will be assessed and includes: wireless internet, 24 hour business center, exercise facility with sauna, and outdoor pools & hot tub.
