Professional Development Group offers two separate Google Groups where higher education professionals can connect with their colleagues, ask questions, post discussion topics, and share best practices and lessons learned about higher education topics:
Bursar & Student Financial Services Google Group - includes topics related to student accounts, collections, student loan/tuition accounts receivables, sponsored billing, and other bursar/business office topics, including broader topics on developing operational efficiencies, organizational best practices, compliance and regulatory information, and more.
P-Cards & Payments Google Group - includes topics related to higher education purchasing cards, procurement cards, and credit card payments including compliance, security, policies, procedures, and other best practice.
You do not need a Google account to be a part of this Google Group. If you don't have a Google account, you can still send and receive posts. If you have a Google account, you will be able to see the archived list of past postings from other members.
